Delivery of some of the prizes/gifts may take upto 15 working days from the day of purchase of phones.
For any such prizes/gifts, the winner will be notified by Abans Office Automation the collection address. |
| For trip to Bangkok
a. The return ticket to Bangkok for 2 nights and 3 days on bed and breakfast basis will be provided on economy fare class.
b. Any additional expenses incurred by winner shall be solely on account of the winner and will not be reimbursed /claimed.
c. The Winner of the Bangkok trip will have to arrange for his/her transportation from anywhere in Sri Lanka to Bandaranaike International Airport, Colombo and similarly back to his/her own city.
d. The Winner of the Bangkok trip will have to arrange for his/her passport and visa on his/her own.
e. The Winner of the trip to Bangkok must allow 15 working days (from the date of claiming the prize at designated location) to arrange tickets, reservation of hotels etc before the trip can be taken. |
| ABANS Automation Pvt Ltd, reserves the right to substitute the prizes/gifts for equal value if necessary to do so. |
| ABANS Automation Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to defects in prizes/gift items.The warranty of the prizes/gifts shall as per manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions. |
| ABANS Automation Pvt Ltd reserves the right of absolute discretion to modify any terms of this offer or extend or close it without prior notice. |
| This offer is not valid for employees, families or agents of ABANS Automation Pvt Ltd. |
| All statutory taxes and levies shall be paid by the winner. |
| All disputes to be settled as per jurisdiction of Sri Lanka Courts. |
| National Identification Cards needs to be produced by all winners to claim their gifts/prizes. |
